Campaign Story
***UPDATE*** Despite every effort and all of your generous help we had to say goodbye to our little angel today 25/10/2019. We will forever love you Cousteau. You fought so hard 💔
Last week our beloved 4 year old dog suddenly went into multiple organ failure.
He's been in ICU for over a week and we can no longer afford the veterinary fees.
**** The bill is currently sitting at about R45000 (3000$) ****
His liver has since started to recover but his pancreatitis is still there and he can't digest any food.
He had a biopsy and has been cleared of cancer so there is hope!
He needs very expensive intravenous nutrition while his pancreas heals until he is able to eat and digest food again.
If he doesn't get this along with his antibiotics, painkillers and other medication he will succumb to malnutrition.
Any contribution would be life-saving!
Thank you so much. If there are any extra funds they will be donated to a dog shelter.
We love Cousteau and he is a member of our family. He has travelled with us from Thailand to South Africa and he is our son's best friend!
