My younger sister Rosie, is a 9.5 years old girl, she was adopted 9 years ago when she was just 6 months old. She is a lovable, sticky, and sweet cat.

She was found out having FIV since she was young and started to have the coughing problem since the end of last year that she needs to take medicine and inhale oxygen everyday, but she is a tough girl and keep fighting.

Her right eye was infected since 11/9 night and been taken to the vet on Saturday 12/9, she vomited blood twice on mid-night of 13/9 and being taken to the vet again on 13/9. She refused to eat on Sunday 13/9.

On Monday morning 14/9, she was hardly breathing with her tongue out and I took her to the hospital and stay inside the oxygen tank immediately in the ICU of VSH. Her body temperature dropped to 34.5 once and HCT was only 8.6%.

Rosie has two times a blood transfusion on Monday, her body temperature increased a bit after the first transfusion. But due to the huge amount of blood transferred into her body, her heartbeat getting slow and it was real danger during the mid-night and I was being called to go to the hospital immediately, and being told she might be passed away at anytime. Lucky enough, Rosie was getting a little bit stable when I arrived, she is trying her best to live. (Finally able to see her because of this issue, I was not able to visit her during the COVID-19/武漢肺炎 in ICU)

15/9 She is not able to have a blood transfusion yet even her HCT is still low today, her lung is bleeding as shown on the X-ray. She had Reiki treatment on 15/9 night, the results showed that Rosie has a strong mind to live.

16/9 She had another blood test in the evening and needed to have blood transfusion by other cat later when she is getting more stable.

There are lots of issues still unknown, her right eye is still not able to open, the lung is still bleeding, what we can do for her now is trying to get her stable first and discuss the next step later.

17/9 The vet suggested Rosie to have CT scan today or tomorrow.

I understand everyone is going through a difficult time right now. My income was being affected due to the COVID19, which makes me a bit difficult to pay for Rosie's continual treatment. Any support in any amount would be most appreciated. Thank you for taking the time.

Rosie
