Please help rescue my cockatoo Yogi Bear out of impound :<(=

I desperately need to rescue my beloved and talented cockatoo named Yogi Bear. He's currently impounded at the board and care facility where he is being held for payment of an long overdue balance of about $3,000.-U.S. I have been chronically ill and unable to raise the funds thus far and so bringing back Yogi Bear into my personal keep would mean so very much to me, with the holidays fast approaching. Also, since he's slated to serve as the official company mascot and spokesperson for my marketing enterprise, I really do need him to "return to action", a.s.a.p.!
