Please help repair my home

Hello. I am hoping that you may help me with repairing my home. This past winter was very cold and produced a lot of snow, which was very harsh on my small, older home. The paint around the entire house is now flaking off in large pieces and the foundation has suffered large cracks completely through the cinder blocks and into the basement. My home desperately needs to be re painted and the foundation repaired before the damage gets worse, and especially before this winter. I am disabled and on a fixed income, and I am hoping that you will please help me to get these repairs done. Any donation would be appreciated. Thank you so very much.
