My husband named Raynand Gajol was diagnosed with End Stage Renal Disease Stage 5 Secondary to Dominant Polycystic Kidney Disease on September 2018 up to present. He is currently on hemodialysis maintenance twice a week. We need P54,900 per month to continuously support his medical needs.
He needs to be treated for a lifetime.
