He is Raymond de Guzman, my cousin and currently suffering a large intestinal infection, he was in the public hospital (Batangas Provincial) for a month and was advised by the doctor to have an operation to remove his large intestine. His family can't afford the required money which will be amounting to 100000 pesos ($2500). Now, his at home bearing the pain and hoping for a little possibility of affording the surgery. He's knocking at your hearts. Please help Raymond. Help us to save his life...
