Please Help Poochie

Poochie is a rescue cat. When we got the call to see if we would take her, we were informed that she had been mauled by a dog. We got her past that, and then found out she was pregnant. As one of her injuries was to her hip, she is unable to have the kittens naturally. She is currently in labor, and I have been checking with the vets in our area to see which one will do a cesarean for a reasonable price. If I don't have this done, she will not survive. Please help! She is the sweetest little cat. I would really hate to lose her, and my daughter really loves her.
