Please help Pearl

Hi everyone,

This is Pearl, a 2 year old Holland lop bun.

I adopted her from a friend a few months back and she has been the absolute joy of my life.

On the evening of 30/6/2021, Pearl stopped eating and was acting strangely.

She was pacing back and fourth and seated in a hunched position.

I brought her in to The Animal Doctors on 1/7/2021 to get a consult.

After running her blood test, x-rays and ultrasound, she was confirmed to have a liver torsion and calcification on her liver.

I was quoted $4.6K SGD for her emergency surgery not including consultation, tests and hospitalization bills, which I could not afford as an NSF. (I am living from allowance to allowance)

I told the doctor about my situation and I was offered 3 options, which was to surrender her to a bunny welfare group, hospitalize her to get her on meds for pain relief and monitoring or to put her to sleep.

Ultimately, I went with the first option which was to surrender her (to Bunny Wonderland) and let her get the surgery.

(Pearl is recovering from the surgery as at 5:56pm)

I am devastated as I love Pearl so much and did my utmost in caring for her since I adopted her.

At 1.14PM, I was given the option to get Pearl back if I raise funds for the surgery. (See chatlog)

Therefore, I am trying my best (and luck) to try to raise funds for the surgery and get Pearl back.

No amount is too small!
