Need help for Wolf vet bill

I took my dog to his vet because he could not walk on his foot he has a tumor on the bottom of his foot he needs to have surgery to remove the tumor I don't have the funds to pay for his surgery this time. Because in August I fell and hurt my shoulder, neck and back I had surgery on my shoulder in January so I am out of work for a time If you can please help we would appreciate it or can you please share his story.
