Please help out a disable person in dire need

Hello, i was recently involed in a freak accident where i was stood in a train doorway and a fault occured where the train doors opened up whilst the train was moving at 70mph..  I was taken to Kings College Hospital in London where i stayed in a trauma unit for 4 pelvic fractures, a fractured coccyx, a fractured cheek bone, 2 fractures in my wrist and a snapped femur which is the worst bit pan wise..  Whilst i was in hospital someone reversed into mu car and collapsed the front passenger side wheel and everything behind it..  What i am asking is for you to look into your hearts and please help me get my car back on the road as its the only transport i have as i cant walk any further than 100 metres.. I can go shopping or get to any of my doctors appointments and can only get to them when i have a mate free please help me out and help me get my mobility back,
