Please help our family keep our home

We are a family of 6 who have been struggling for the past two years to keep our home. In 2011 we lost our business and were presented with medical struggles. In 2012, my husband lost his job, but during that time we stil had hope and continued to fight, working harder as a family. 

At the end of 2012 we finally decided to sell our home and received a short sale offer quickly. We moved out of our home because we were guaranteed by our realtor that the short sale would go through. At that time, we stopped paying our mortgage and we had already completely depleted any savings we had to keep our home.  The short sale fell through. After relisting our home, we had another short sale offer. This time it took Wells Fargo clost to 6 months to approve the offer and the New Buyers AGAIN backed out. We relisted the house and have had no other offers.

My husband found a great new job and I was accepted into school this year. Hope is on our side and we are very fortunate to have these new opportunities presented to us, but our house situation still looms over our heads. We have currently moved back into our home and are working with Wells Fargo to secure a loan modification.  But, we need $40,000 to pay the past fees and mortgage payments we missed over the last 18 months. 

We are very giving hardworking people. We have sold everything we can find that is valuable on craigslist and ebay, but we can not come up with the $40,000 we need to ensure the loan modification. My husband has been working his new job, any overtime offered, plus weekends at a second job to help us save this money. I have been working 30 to 50 overnight hours a week as a CNA to help us, but it is not enough. 

If anyone can offer us any assistance, we would be extremely appreciative! And in return we would perform a good deed in your name and post a video of the good deed on youtube! If there are only 40,000 people out there who could each donate One Dollar we would be forever greatful! You woud be instrumental in saving our family and helping us provide a safe, stable, and loving home for our 4 children!
