Please help our family get a vehicle.

Everyone that knows our family, knows things have been extremely hard. Lots of trauma and bad news back to back. And my daughter Payton was recently diagnosed with another terminal illness. On top of many other things. We lost our only form of transportation the same week we gotta the diagnosis.
