Brother’s coming out story…Please help us help him!

Nathan, My most beloved brother has always been my best friend and lately, I've been finding broken blades in the bathroom. I smelled blood one day...and turns out he was cutting himself.
He's into boys...and I've known that since he was just a little boy. His classmates found out, it just went drastically downhill from there onwards... We love him no matter what and it kills us to see him hurting like this just because he wants to be himself. We decided to put in my mom's life savings, all of my savings to get him the help he needed. He knew he was gay, but he can't control his mentality...He has severe depression because of this. He needed help...and he still does...
It hurts me SO much to see my once happy-go-lucky, innocent and brother has become this self-harming victim. My mother and I saved up enough money for his therapy sessions. He's gotten so much better than 4 months ago. Unfortunately, My mother working full-time and me working as a part-time n's student, will no longer be able to support our beloved Nathan's recovery. We do not receive any help from the government as we are not citizens here. To think that my brother will stop receiving this remarkable help, tears me apart. Please please help us, I'm trying my best to support whatever I can right now, but we can't for long...PLEASE HELP OUR NATHAN
