Please Help Nicholas Recover

Nicholas was involved in a serious motorcycle accident, while returning home from work. While he was driving a dog ran in front of his scooter, and he braked a went over the handlebars at about 35 km/h. He broke his shoulder in several places requiring a very difficult procedure. He spent four days in hospital, with a shattered shoulder waiting for a team of specialist to arrive to perform the surgery. He was recently released from the hospital. He has an 18 month old baby and a fiance he planned to marry in December. Current medical bills have already exceeded 870,000 Baht (27,857 USD) and more will be coming for future doctor visits, medication, CT scans and physical therapy.
