Located in Ipoh, Malaysia, PHKKS is a non-profit special child care centre which started in October 1988. Has been in for 29 years and currently has 60 special children enrolled, including (Aging Syndrome, Down Syndrome, Spasticity, Hyperactivity Disorder, Kidney Disease, Autism). The centre provides children with long-term assistance such as treatment, pre-school education, healthy eating, IQ training and manual training. The purpose is that we hope that children will enjoy normal life in society and that they will be able to complete their studies can earn money themself. The center will also arrange some outside manufacturers to apply for some craft, let them make and then sent back to the manufacturer. Manufacturers pay salaries for each of their children so they can save for their future.

Due to the present economic downturn, the relatively small number of sponsors and visits, the centre faces a serious lack of daily necessities and no fixed income. The major financial resources are donations from the public to maintain the center's monthly $ 6750 USD expenses. We give kids breakfast, lunch and afternoon tea. The centre hopes to use this platform to raise funds for every month. The centre also hopes that the public figure will give them more support and care.
