PLEASE HELP MY TATAY NONO 🙏

Hello Everyone!

Maybe only some of you will care to read this but I’m doing this to help my family especially my uncle. We are raising money to help with his medication and hospital expenses. Let me share his story with you.

My Uncle is a 52 year old man living in Sta. Elena, Baras, Nabua, Camarines Sur. His Name is Renie "Nono" F. Zorilla, brgy. Captain of their barangay.

Last January 08, 2019 - He was rushed into the nearest hospital (Rinconada Medical Center) by his co-workers because he was found lying down @ his house. Upon CT-Scan, it was said that he suffered blood clot on his brain and needed to be moved at the Intensive Care Unit and need to undergo an operation since it’s the only way to make him alive.

January 09, 2019 – He was moved to ICU @ Sta. Maria Josefa Foundation Hospital, Iriga City.

January 11, 2019 - He undergone craniotomy, the surgical removal of part of the bone from the skull to expose the brain. Specialized tools are used to remove the section of bone called the bone flap. The bone flap is temporarily removed. Thank God the operation was successful.

January 16, 2019 - The doctor advised us that my uncle needs respirator to help him breathe.

Days after, some complications went out. Due to some complications, he has 6 doctors in total. Almost every day, we have to raise 10k for his medicines because there are antibiotics that cost 3k per piece and needed it twice a day. In addition to that, there are still other expensive medicines needed. (Doctor’s Fee is not yet included).

February 7, 2019 – it was advised that my uncle needed to undergo again another operation called tracheostomy, it is creating an opening in the neck in order to place a tube into a person's windpipe. The tube is inserted through a cut in the neck below the vocal cords. This allows air to enter the lungs. He need this for him to release phlegm and also too much use of respirator may lead again to another complication.

Days after, we can see the improvement in him. The doctor advised us that my uncle can already be discharge in the hospital and continue his medication at home. Now, we are still @ the hospital.

He stayed @ the ICU for 32 days. Every day in the ICU cost 10k. The 2 operations cost almost hundred thousand and doctor’s fee is also expensive. To sum up, the hospital costs reached almost half a million. For my uncle to be discharged, we need to pay the hospital first. With these, we are humbly asking for your help. Any donation, however small, would be greatly appreciated. Let us know if you have any questions and we will be happy to answer them.
