Help my uncle live longer

Please help and save my uncle

my uncle was diagnosed with CHRONIC POST RENAL KIDNEY FAILURE last month and up to this day is still confined at Ospital ng Angeles( public hospital) because we can't afford to give him all the basic necessities he needed as we are not financially capable of financing his needs. His kidneys are not working anymore as per the doctor said and he now uses a catheter to take a piss and flush out the excessive water that is slowly taking up a massive space on his legs and hands, also the doctors are more worried about is that my uncle is also diabetic therefore his condition is more likely to be more critical , he also had a mild stroke due to lack of breathing and is now paralyzed not being able to move that makes it harder for us to move him and move himself nor he can't talk and only screams in agony .

the doctors said that he needed long term medication, and supplies like diapers and whatever he needs that my family can't afford anymore.. please make this possible for my tito and for his 1 year old boy
