Our company is launching a Customer - centric Global grass root Marketplace that will revolve around Social media to help individuals, small, medium and large scale businesses to generate or increase sales.
Most businesses and individuals still don't know how to utilize the social media to boost sales for their products and/ or services, even those who do know, only rely on only Facebook and / or Twitter to do limited sales. So we plan to help businesses generate more sales locally and internationally.
We are developing a new Marketplace Platform that will be linked to over 50 Social Media Globally. The Marketplace will be integrated with individual shopping cart that will allow each vendor to easily setup their own storefront within minutes and start selling immediately, utilizing a common integrated multi - payment gateways for easy collection of payments, while individual operate private account with us to withdraw or request for their fund to be transfer to their bank account at any giving time. Vendors do not need to worry about setting up or integrating their own payment gateways to their store unlike other shopping cart providers, except if they opt to and wish to have their own payment processor.

The company will be Market Oriented, and thus all the company's activities will revolve around marketing via several social media. The company's effort will be directed toward attracting as much Vendors (Sellers) as the company can pull to list their products and service to the company's site, then through several series of marketing effort utilizing its marketing analytics data and social media to do marketing on behalf of the vendors to help them generate sales, by matching their products or services to customers in need of them globally.

We plan to launch a one stop marketplace that virtually every kind products (except narcotics, fake goods and arms) will be sold, and also services providers such as Logistics and Transportation booking, Airline Ticket, Hotel and Tour package can be sold, Car sales and renting, Real Estate Sales and Renting under one platform. Our aim is to develop a site that will allow shoppers with multiple needs who visit our marketplace to find whatever they want to satisfy their needs rather than searching from different sites.
Our Market place will enable multi language, that will allow both vendors and shopper to list or search for anything in our marketplace with their own language, to help them target local audience effectively, and also shoppers can see deals offers or deals that are very close to their location. We plan to move aggressively to provide each country with its own unique marketplace, but all will be integrated to make up one global marketplace. Our business will be to grass root level that even vendors in rural African village with internet can list their product our marketplace to locate customers in their region. As we move to each country, we will train foot soldiers who will educate even farmers on how to upload their products in our marketplace to find buyers. We also plan in future to develop a gadget (tablet) which will be integrated with our marketplace, that we will distribute to rural community members without smart phone to help them upload their products in our marketplace.

The company currently requires additional US$100,000 and additional $700,000 in phases to fully implement and launch the first phase of our operations in the various stipulated countries.
The fund will be utilize to purchase remaining needed software (Accounting, Finance, Social media monitoring and marketing) that will be integrated into the marketplace, and also to purchase needed Hardware and Furniture, and Operational Cost.
