Please help my Son Bench Jemgrenz "Jam jam" Bartolo for his up coming operation for his brain, he is now suffering from total Blindness both eye, Autism,and bone problem.he is 10yrs. Old but he can not eat any solid food.our family is suffering from extreme poverty as a single mother i can't able to support my son's medication because i also have 3 more kids who study.he need a big amount for his multiple treatment needed. I am knocking on your kind heart to have mercy for my son. His Doctor gave us a deadline for the possible rate of succes result for his operation. Please im begging your help through prayers and financial assistance.
