Please help my puppies

I personally adopted these two cuties last month, they were stray dogs 1.5 month old, brother and sister. I adopted both of them and they were heathy and energetic. However, two naughty puppies fought a lot, a few days ago, I found them fighting when I wasn’t home and both of them got wounded on their arms and tails, they won’t stop bleeding. I took them to the vet immediately and they took the blood test, which showing that they were born to have “Haemophilia”, which is rare to mongrel. They were given blood transfusions and are now staying at the clinic. Unfortunately, I’m not able to pay for the exorbitant cost for the treatment and they will need long term extra care in the future. I’m here sincerely asking for help and I really don’t want to give up on them, they are just here on earth for two months, they deserve to have a home and live happily. Please help us!
