Nanay’s road to recovery from stroke

This is my first time asking for help for my Nanay’s medical expenses and hospital bill. My mom, Ma. Lerio Sara was diagnosed with acute ischemic stroke last Jan. 31 with hospital acquired pneumonia. She is an active member of the senior citizen organization in our town, participating in each and every event as the treasurer and one of the dancer. She was comatosed for almost a month and was intubated for 40 days and was suggested to undergo tracheostomy. She was a candidate for decompressive craniectomy due to half side of her brain was damaged. She was indeed a fighter since she was able to recover without undergoing the said procedures. Though she was able to woke up from coma, she was not able to regain her consciousness. Due to lack of funds, we were still not able to settle the hospital bill and the doctors’ fees. We are required to pay half of the hospital bill for us to be eligible for a promissory note.
