Please help my mother come home

 Hi my name is Laura Roberts.  I live in a little town called Silver Creek, MS and live with my grandmother who is really sick.  My mother is Glenda and lives 3 1/2 hours away in another small town in Alabama called Butler.  She works really hard as a manager at a twenty-four hour truck stop.  She struggles to make ends meet like a lot of people do.  She moved to Butler after being promised a really nice job that didn't pan out because after only a year her paychecks started bouncing.  She found another job at the place she works at today. She has been with them for almost eight years.  She works so very hard up to 70+ hours a week and a small bonus every three months (well it's supposed to come like that anyway).  Her health is not really good and she is there without any family and nobody to count on.  I am so proud of her because she does as much as she can with her salary.  $525 a week but taxes take so much of it she only gets $391 when everything is taken out.  She pays all her bills and helps me with money as much as she can because I am going to college.  She rents a small trailer outside of town.  It's hard for her to visit us because her car doesn't run good and doesn't always have the gas money.My grandmother is 72 and really sick.  She's stubborn and doesn't always take care of herself.  Her liver is failing and before anybody judges her I want to say she has never been a drinker.  Her liver was damaged by a prescription drug.  She had to have a hip replaced when I was only a year old because of a fall from being hit on the head by a television (she was holding me and to keep me from getting hurt she took all of it on the head.  A few years ago she found out she has a sexually transmitted disease given to her by my grandfather from years of cheating on her.  The only treatment for it is chemo that she cannot take because of her liver.  She has neuropathy and is in pain 24 hours a day that has to be treated with pain therapy.   Last month she went to the doctor and found out that a growth on her nose is cancer and at least half of her nose is going to have to be removed.  They do not know how bad her nose is affected and are very concerned because her lymph nodes are swollen in the area.  She is going to need help and only has me beside my grandfather who is 80 and has been thru triple bypass and colon cancer himself. My granny talks about Momma coming home and wishes she could help but they live on social security and don't have any money. Momma cries a lot because she has no money or way to move home so she can be there for granny. They are best friends and miss being together.  I would like to ask for help to get her home.  If anybody can help I would forever be thankful.  I haven't told her about what I'm trying to do it's a surprise! If she could get a better used car and a little trailer to live in next to them and help with the bills while we take care of my grandmother because she doesn't have a lot of time left.  Please help me make this happen in time!  Thank you.
