Help my mother recover from the stroke

This year, in June, my mother suffered a stroke. Following this accident, my mother was completely paralyzed on the right side, and with severe aphasia (can not speak, understands very little).
I was happy when, more than a month after the accident, she began to be able to chew food. Even now she can't eat normally,she needs infusions constantly.

She needs recovery and medical supervision (she also suffers from heart disease, high blood pressure) and that means a cost of over 2500 euro / month. Due to the Covid crisis, my income has dropped dramatically and I can't afford the 2500 euro per month for the hospital.

Bringing her home means worsening her health, especially since she can't tell me if she's in pain and it may be too late for her when I realize she needs a doctor.
I need your help for at least 6 months, during which time I hope she recovers so that she no longer needs permanent medical supervision.
