please help my local area become safe again

My local area used to be such a beautiful place to be. But now things have turned around in a big way.I am asking for any sort of donation please to go towards: youth clubs  Parks ( repairs)additional equipment for everybody   Places where everyone can enjoy hobbies or just relaxin More life vests or support around pathways near the river where teens swim putting their life's at risk.  Please. AllI'm asking for is a donation. Thank you
