Please Help my Father for his Heart Surgery

Everyone, meet my father, Agapito “NOEL” G. Desembrana. Age 60, diagnosed with Coronary Artery Disease. Papa is a stubborn yet loving man. He had limitations as a father and as a husband. But he puts up and stands for what he thinks is best for the family. Arguably, his stubbornness took a big part in making us intact – relentlessly facing life’s difficulties, together. His wit paired with a contesting smile, sometimes with a tint of sarcasm, echoes to his loved ones. This shows that he really cares. He is an artist; accepting local contracts on making signage, t-shirt prints and the like. Profits are small. But he dedicates it to people he cares as big. He does what he thinks he can.

Typical dad you may say. He expresses love in his own way. For quite some time now, he has been in and out of the hospital because of heart attacks. He always has difficulty breathing. He can’t sleep properly every night.

One day, another heart attack occurred. Mama and I were with him. I saw his skin darkened and he stopped breathing. Mama kept on crying not knowing what to do. Her distress startled me. I panicked and shouted my lungs out asking for help. My desperation prompted me to do CPR. I didn’t know what I was doing. Press, pump the chest, cry for help – press, pump the chest, cry for help, repeat. Then I noticed breathing. The now crowded room, filled with a short moment of relief. A neighbour helped in rushing him to the hospital. He’s now a bit stable but requires a major surgery we can’t afford. His life story may be average. But that story has affected the people he encountered, especially his loved ones and greatly me. With this, we knock on your doors for my Papa’s surgery. Thank you in advance. My Father is a good person, Even though we dont have that money for his medical expenses, he still helps the one in need, the poor who doesnt have food. However, his sickness is to critical now. He can't sleep. He always have difficulty in breathing form time to time. He's smiles and energetic trait just vanished after that.

Please, help us. Please save his heart.
