Please help my family!

Hello friends!

This is the first time I have ever been in such need that I put my personal situation on the internet and am asking strangers for help. September 15th just a little iver a week ago my fiance and I were evicted from our home. It had been 3 months that we did not pay rent due to that there were mushrooms growing in out bathroom overnight. I reached put to my then landlord on multiple occasions and it was never fixed. He took us to housing court for non payment of rent. We pleaded our case to the judge with photos and documentation from the Massachusetts board of health stating there was black mold growing throughout the bathroom and it was dangerous for us to be living there. The judge ordered we pay the back rent to the landlord when he fixed the mushroom issue. Well, he had someone come in and put cocking over the gap between the floor and the bathtub and considered that to be him fixing the issue. No chemicals, didnt replace a thing and it took all of 5 minutes. We went back to court and stated the bathroom was not fixed and refused to pay him. Long story short the judge didnt careand we had 48hrs to find a place to live. On the day of the eviction I went to court with yet another document from the board of health saying nothing was fixed and pleaded with the courts for 1 week to find somewhere to go. My motion was denied and the constable was there at 2pm on the dot to make sure we left the property.

We were forced to move to a hotel an hour from home because it was the only place that would allow my dog. She is my child, the love of my life and i would rather sleep in the street than abandon her. My family cannot take us in and my fiance's family live across the country in California.

My fiance and I are currently staying at a hotel that costs us $100/ night and we are about to be kicked out because we are so far behind paying them. We also have to eat and survive and also save so we can move into our new place on October 1st. My fiance is a construction worker and a retired Army veteran where he served our country and did 4 tours in iraq. He has horrible PTSD and it is very hard for him to get up and go to work most days. I am doing my best to support us but it is not enough. I have asked several agencies for help and have asked thr VA and other government agencies to help my fiance not only with his PTSD but with our current financial struggle and have been told it will take months at the very least.

Just now I recieved an email from the manager of the hotel stating we need to pay what we owe which is approximately $450 plus the $25/ night pet fee or we will have to go. I dont have that. And i still have to worry about paying the $100/ night until we can move on the 1st. I am asking for any help at all. A shelter will not take my doggie and I have no one to help with her.
