Please help my Elder Brother

My Family's elder brother who has done hard work for us and raised us after our father's death. Now he is 60 years old and he is fighting with death in bed. He had been admitted in hospital for heart block. His left leg had been inactive for diabetics. The doctor said that he had to do bypass surgery and side by side his left leg had to be cut off. Now he is helpless for running his family and treatment. Today he is helpless with his old mother ,his two daughter's and his wife.He needs at least $30000 for his treatment.
