Sheeba is a Lion German Shepherd male dog, born on 10th of March 2012. He was a healthy and a happy dog only until he completes the age of 7 months, when he got ill and had to take treatments from a doctor. A doom struck his life unexpectedly at this age when the doctor accidently injected the required medicine into a nerve, near his backbone. Only after 3 days from the injection, he could not stand up anymore. Sheeba's behind legs could not anymore stand the weight of his body and Sheeba could not walk afterwards. We tried to make him walk, but his behind legs would not bear the weight and stand up. Sheeba was crying when we tried to do that. After few more days he could not anymore feel the urge to pee or poop.   he was doing these things at where he was lying down itself, without his knowing. We became aware that he was not feeling his behing legs anymore. We took him to many doctors, with the hope of giving him back that happy life he was healthily enjoying once again, but all the efforts seemed hopeless. Any doctor could not specifically find what his illness was, they all finally concluded that Sheeba might be suffering by some serious illness, which they could not identify. We also took him to Diyathalawa, Sri Lanka, to take some X-rays of his backbone under the supervision of Doctor Ruwan de Silva. Finally we took him to "Pet V Care" Pet Hospital in Kurunegala, Sri Lanka and at there, Sheeba was well examined. The doctors took the neccessary X-ray reports and his blood was also tested. Finally the conclusion was that a nerve in his back has been damaged and consequently Sheeba could not walk.    The doctor suggested excercises and Physiotherapy for Sheeba, and also some medicine. We did the physiotherapy, and the suggested treatments were given for Sheeba for few months continuously, but the nerves did not get back to work. Finally the doctor concluded that the nerves cannot be repaired. So a wheelchair was suggested. We got the wheelchair also. But Sheeba could not learn how to walk with it. However one day Sheeba broke one of his nails on his left leg. Blood was bleeding and we put medicine to the wound, but the wound won't get dry. Day by day the wound enlarged and instead of getting dry and healed, unfortunately it was getting worse. We were giving him all the treatments that the doctor suggested from time to time. But now the wound is very big and Sheeba is suffering a lot because of it. We give him Augmentin, Cytacon- Vitamin B12,Belcid, Decalox- Cloxagcilin 500mg, Nurobion - Vitamin B1.B6.B12 for nerves, Oxoferin -Tetrachlorodecaoxide 50ml , etc.. daily for his treatments. He is cleaned and pampered daily, and taken care by us, and we always wish that he would get better.   He is washed and kept clean daily and we also clean him whenever he pees or poops on himself. His place is regularly cleaned with anti-bacterial cleansers. The clothes that we use for him (to lie down on, to protect from cold, to clean him, etc...) and the medical tools we use to clean the wound are renewed daily. We have to buy gauze and cotton wool, more frequently. The treatments suggested by the doctor are given for him daily. Also for his nutrition, we offer meat, milk and other nutritional food regularly. For all these treatments for Sheeba, and to see his well being, we spend money continuously and it is becoming harder day by day to afford.    Please Help Him... To become a Happy dog again..  His innocent eyes are suffering with pain.. his heart is struggling for his life..  So please donate. And Brighten one's life.. Make an innocent soul Smile... Thank you.. May Angels Bless you life with Happiness..
