PLEASE HELP DISABLED MAN GET HEAT TURNED ON BEFORE WINTER

My son told me no one cares anymore mom, and sadly it looks like he is right. Nobody will help cause they aren't getting something back. Please prove him wrong. Since 1992 my family's life has been a struggle with medical issues for my husband, and money issues. They turned the heat off in our rented home, and its getting cold. My hubby has ongoing medical problems that has made it so he can no longer work. I have been selling off everything we own to raise money to eat and keep roof over our head. I have 2 sons, one is also disabled. Hubby has had 2 heart attacks, 2 strokes which took most of his eye sight. Femoral to femoral artery bypass, pacemaker, 2 carotid artery surgeries and more. I work 4 hours away and drive everyday. My paycheck pays for vehicle, gas and food with little or none left over to pay bills. The house we rent is old and it costs a lot to heat and electricity plus cable. That's the only thing that keeps him going everyday is listening to tv. I think he has thought about ending it as it is such a struggle. If I could get the heat on and maybe enough for another damage deposit we could move somewhere cheaper.

I tried to find a job closer to home, but could not even get a job at McDonald's. No one would hire a 60 something old lady. I have worked all my life and we both go into our golden years with nothing to show. No savings, no life insurance, no pension, a house full of crap that i am trying to sell off. I know there are others that need money to.
