Please help my Dad

My Dad was diagnose with a tumor on his heart and AML leukemia last april follow by lots of treatment this year in feberary they found another tumor behind his heart and just a couple a days ago now they say that they found something in his lungs and liver my mother is staying strong for everyone exceptly me and my 3 years old brother she working everyday to support our family she his bills stacking up  and still your time to stay in control like everythings fine doctors say he will need a trasplant but we just don't have they money for it so please what ever you give will help and be great appreated for my family and thinks if you don't know what AML stands for Acute Myeloid Leukemia

This type of cancer have abnormal cell inside the bone marrow. The cells grow very quickly, and replace healthy blood cells. The bone marrow, which helps the body fight infections, eventually stops working correctly. person with AML are more likely to have infections.
