Please Help My Dad

My dad is the only one working in my family recently had a stroke and diagnosed with high blood pressure and diabetes stage 3.

He doesn’t have any insurance coverage as he didn’t understand how he needed it.

On 15 July, he need to undergo a surgery to cut off his toe so that it doesn’t continue to spread.

Please help me to help him as we are short of $6.5k to go for the surgery.

Me and my brothers have stopped school and started to work so that the family could live by and pay for the bills.

We are runny out of time, please help us
