Hi,
My name is Karishma Philip and I am raising funds for my colleague, Rajesh J who is suffering from Dilated Cardiomyopathy (heart slowing down, failing to pump adequate blood and getting enlarged). He is admitted to Victor Hospital's ICU unit in Margao, Goa, India.
The family has done all it can to collect the total amount required for the treatment but (US$ 40000) Rs. 300000 more is required to pay for all the medical expenses which includes a heart transplant as recommended by doctors who are attending to him. He has just been married for over an year and is a very honest and sincere person who have worked very hard in the digital marketing profession as a analyst. He has a wife and they have virtually not much financial capability to get out of this huge medical situation.
As the amount required is huge, I request you to kindly contribute towards the treatment and help during this time of need. Each contribution is important!
