Good day everyone!
May I ask for your financial assistance to my brother Reverdy Laurence Chavez who had a stroke last Saturday at the age of 31. He has no insurance and working in a non-HMO company. He had severe headache, lost his consciousness, and admitted in a hospital. Initially he was admitted in our province where facilities are limited to treat stroke patients. We transfered him here in Manila via ambulance with the help of the Local Government Unit of Mercedes Camarines Norte. He is now admitted in the Intensive Care Unit at Delos Santos Medical Center for close monitoring while administering blood thinners. Still, he is at risk of bleeding. We have limited resources and trying to ask for your help. Your small amount is a big help for us and will be forever grateful.
