Please HELP my brother DEXTER in battlling with Myasthenia Gravis in CRISIS situation

Hi,

I am knocking on everyone's good heart for help in raising funds for my brother who was diagnosed year 2013 of Myasthenia Gravis an autoimmune disorder characterized by weakness and rapid fatigue of any muscles under volintary control.He undergone Thymectomy which the doctor believes that was the source of an abnormal antibody production causing his illness thus leading the resolution of symptoms and living his normal life for 5 years. But suddenly year 2017 he experienced his first Myasthenic Crisis may be due to stress and fatigue.It was a life threatening condition where he cannot breathe on his own he was in a Vipap for almost a month to help him breathe and fortunately in God grace he survived his first crisis. But just this month he again for the second time in Myasthenic Crisis and worse he is in a mechanical ventilator because he cannot breathe on his own,he is very weak and unstable as of the moment and the doctor said he needs to undergo Plasmapheresis a procedure uses filtering process similar to dialysis to remove over excess antibodies that attack his own immune system. This therapy cost 500,000 .

Now we are also facing a running bill of 100,000 as of 9/12/2019 in Manila Doctors Hospital and because the doctor knew that we dont have enough they requested my brother to be transferred in Phillipine General Hospital to undergo Plasmapheresis.

He is the only one working and providing the needs of his own family and also for his medication on his illness.He has a 9 years old son schooling and a 3 years old daugther they were too young to lost a father I can take seeing them suffer and experience such situation.

And with this I am asking if you could help us raised fund for my brother hospital bill and Plasmapheresis therapy.
