PLEASE HELP MICHELLE FUND HER OPERATION THE SOONEST POSSIBLE

My name is Michelle Fortuna, a housewife and a mother of six . My husband is a mechanic and the sole provider for our family. My eldest son is taking a break off college to also help out with the family while my other two sons are in College. Two of my children are in primary school and the youngest is currently in Kindergarten.

In light of the pandemic, my personal business has been affected and it has been financially difficult ever since. I got operated last March 2021, for the surgical removal of Endometrial Polyps that's causing my excessive uterine bleeding. I was relieved after the procedure, for the years of pain I endured.

But recently, the bleeding recurred. I was diagnosed again with a cervical mass and adenomyosis, a medical condition that causes abnormal uterine bleeding, heavy menstrual bleeding , Chronic Anemia and pelvic pain. The disease requires a lifelong management plan, including pain and bleeding control. I was advised to have the surgery to soonest possible and also to undergo biopsy for the mass to rule out malignancy.

I am reaching out to you, in hopes that you would extend a helping hand by donating even just the smallest amount because it will go a long way. The proceeds will be used for the series of lab tests, ultrasounds and clearances I need to undergo before the operation and for the operation itself. Some also will be used for household expenses that may incur during my visits to the hospital wherein I will be accompanied by my husband that will mean absences from his work and not getting paid.
