Please Help me with my Last Loan.

My names Jazzy, Im 23 and is trying to finish my last year of college. Well sorta. Its been a struggle. I have to balance out work at Walmart and study. Everything was going great until I was starting to get hit with my loans from when i first started college. I've used up my savings which was a goal for me to get a car for the extensive loans I was given. I wish i had help before because I've just found out that I could get grants. Even so I've used my grants for the loans and my books. Everything's becoming a struggle this last lap of college. I don't want the interest to ruin what cash I can save up to give them. I would really like some help. Please any little is fine in my goal to fully defeat this terrible loan. I thank you so much for taking time to glace for my cause.
