Please Help Me With Compulsory Military Service

My name is Hesam, I’m 27 years old and live with my beloved family, my mum and my little brother in Kerman, Iran. I studied law at the university and currently work as assistant in a law office. We are not standing on a stable and good financial position and my job is the only source of income.

Unfortunately, Iran is amongst a few countries that still forces young men to serve compulsory military service called Sarbazi, under toughest situations, away from home and without salary for about 2 years. Recently, I received a letter calling me to spend this Sarbazi thing at the highly-risky border areas of Iraq, I’m somehow scared and have no idea what’s expecting me in there.

Since hearing this, my mum has gotten depression and became sick and old in just a few days. Every time I look at her I feel like my heart is burning inside. So I decided to do something to get rid of this problem that came to me like a storm and will ruin my family’s life if I don’t solve it. I’ve tried some ways to take exemption based on many reasons like illness, taking care of my family and inappropriate financial state but every time they answered me with a big unfair NO.

My only way out of this compulsory service is to pay the price of 9000EUR to the government and buy my exemption. All the Sarbazi related resources are in Persian, i could've find just this link for my words. But i'm ready to show all of my evidences. Please help me to pass this through.
