Please help me to raise for my Mom, so she can get away from her violent ex-boyfriend

Dear People!

I know its more and more people who need help, most of them has a bigger problem than we have, but I thought I tell our story, who knows, maybe people out there who can help us.

I am hungarian student, living in Ireland , and working next to the school, I am originally from Budapest, Hungary. My Mum still living in Budapest, and I reached the point when I am asking help - not for myself, for MY MOM.

Here is her story: She is 54 years old, still working , she was working in her all life, since she was 14. She born in 1961, she lived true the communism, then the time when the communism finished she bought a flat with my father. After 16 years of marriage, my parents are divorced, and they shared that flat half and half. (that flat was worth €20 000 at that time, for this they worked 12 years to pay the mortgage down). After a few years my Mom found a man, she started to love again, to trust again, they been together 11 years, but the last 2 years (2013-2014) the man changed. He started to abuse my Mom , threatening her, without any reason, then he hit her, pushed her, trow her to to wall, not ones he tried to choke her to the death. At this point my Mom decide to leave him, BUT they has a flat together, joint ownership.

Today, she still living there, the man moved out, they trying to sell the flat. But this man is going in and out any time he wants to the flat, he still has a key, the right commissioner said, this is still his home, we could not get a restraining order, because in Hungary the court don't do anything until there is no blood. Basically if someone stab you, or hit you that much, when you bleeding, in that case the police and court can protect you, if there is no blood, its no order.

The problem is, she don't have any moveable cash, to pay a deposit for a smaller flat and get away from there. She has to sell first the joint ownership flat, pay him out, and what is left she can found a small flat. But not much going to left ether. I am helping her, I would like, if we can raise this € 3900 , from this money she can pay a deposit for a new little home, and she can manage the joint flat selling period far away from that monster. I would like to keep my Mom safe, I would like to go to bed without I am worrying , maybe that man will go inside a flat at the night, and who knows what is inside of his head. I can't believe I have to turn for help outside of my born country, outside of Europe, because here to abuse, to even kill someone its not a "big" crime. I am worrying for her life.

As I said I am a student in Ireland, I am working part time next to the school, but now I got a second job until September, just to get a bit extra. My Mom don't know about I am working extra hours for her, she also don't know about this fundraising page. I don't want to disappoint her, if we are not succeed. But if we are succeed , I will record the moment when I tell her, she got a missing amount , and post it here somehow.

Numbers :

The joint ownership flat worth HUF 14 000 000 = EUR 45 166= USD 50 115, this is a 56 squere meter flat in Budapest outside area. From this amount she will get half soon as they sold this flat this little money is her all lifesaving, 34 years hard work. The small apartment what she would like to buy (35 square meter) its around HUF 9 000 000 = € 29 030 = USD 32 236 . Plus I sent her a bit of cash, and she saved up some from her salary, but we still missing € 3900 =$4328 which will cover the deposit and the moving company the help her move away soon as she can.
