THIS IS MY LAST NIGHT HOME BEFORE I AM HOMELESS!! PLEASE HELP!!!

Hey everyone!!! My name is Jodi Nix. I am 41 years old & live in Alabama. The reason why I am fundraising is because I herniated a disc in my lower back. Trying to make a long story short, I have been a Master Cosmetologist for 16 years. There are no long term benefits (health & life insurance, 401k etc.) with being a self-employed Cosmetologist. I was offered a factory job that offers all of the long term benefits that I was looking for. Looking out for my family & my future, I decided to take the offer for the job. I was working there for a little over a week, & I turned the wrong way or something (I really don't know exactly what I did), & I felt a sudden, painful jolt in my lower back that hurt so bad that it took me to my knees. I immediately left work & went to the Emergency Room at the local hospital. The ER doctor ordered some x-rays & referred me to Southern Bone & Joint Specialists to find out exactly what was injured in my back. The ER doctor also wrote me a work excuse for "light duty" for when I go back to work. I literally couldn't even stand up straight & was in too much pain for work. So, I was bedridden until my Specialist appointment, which was a few days later. When I went to my Specialist appointment was when I learned that I had a herniated disc in my lumbar of my lower back. My Specialist doctor wanted me to start physical therapy & epidural treatments. He also wrote me a work excuse saying that I could only stand for 30 minutes at a time & then would have to take a 15 minute, sit down break every 30 minutes ( I have documented proof from both doctors). At my new job, I was required to stand for at least 10 hours a shift & only received two, 30 minute breaks a shift. I was unable to fill my job requirements & responsibilities due to my herniated disc. Rewind to about 6 months before my accident at work, I picked up a big, heavy flower pot filled with water & thought that I "threw out my back" & because I was self-employed, I was able to take a few days off work until my back quit hurting & it stopped hurting so I went back to work. Because I told my doctors about my back accident that happened at home a few months prior, & thinking this was a product of my home accident, just a lot worse, I was unable to file under workman's comp insurance. Because my new job position required me to stand my whole shift, I was unable to go back to work because there were no positions available where I could sit down most of my shift. Since I physically could not return to my job, my health insurance was canceled. Therefore, I couldn't afford to pay, out of pocket, for my physical therapy appointments, epidural treatments, or fill my prescription medications for my herniated disc. All of this happened at the end of August. The only thing that I am physically able to do, without too much pain, is lay on my heating pad in my bed & get up a few times a day for stretching, which I found on the internet. My bills are 3 months behind & I am severely depressed & disappointed. The funds that I am asking for will help me get caught up on my bills, pay for physical therapy, & fill my prescriptions. I desperately need professional & financial help so that I can heal & become a productive member of society, like I have been most of my life, so that I can take care of my family & myself. I would be extremely grateful for anyone's help & will definitely pay it forward when my back heals.
