Please help me to get Marley home

This is my little puppy Marley. He is a Kelpie and just 9 weeks old.

Honestly, when I came to Australia, it was never my plan to get a dog over here. We always had dogs when I was a child and since we sadly had to put our last dog down 8 years ago, there was always something missing in my life. So, I knew that I would get a dog, when I arrive back home.

As you maybe know, if you start making plans, it comes totally different... And so it was...

I bought a car in Melbourne with a friend and we needed to go to NSW to get it registred. We actually just wanted to do a stop over in this little town, but we met so many awesome and friendly people, that we finally ended up helping out on a farm.

And there he was... 1 1/2 weeks old, not able to walk yet, his eyes were still closed and he didn't have teeth. He was the only puppy, so he didn't have any siblings.

In the next days and weeks, I started taking care of him and looked after him. I was there when he opened his eyes, was the one who saw his first steps and recognised his first tooth. Since this time, Marley and me are the best friends in the world and he is my big love.

He is such a friendly and gentle dog, loves the water and running after sticks. He likes to please, is very good in tricks and loves to play. He is always exploring the world, but if something scares him, I'm the person, he is hiding behind.

Cause I'm a Social Worker back home, I would like to take Marley to work with me and teach him to be a therapie dog. So he would not have to be at home on it's own the hold day and he could work and have something to think about. As a Kelpie is a very active dog, known for it's working attitude, it willbe a really good thing for him. And Marley has such a big personality, he will be perfect for it.

A lot of people think I'm crazy, that I want to take him home and that I could still get a dog in Germany, but it would not be the same. It would not be Marley! You can't choose when, where and with who you fall in love. Also if it's a dog. I thought a lot about it and I know, that it's a big decision to bring him home, but I also sometimes think it must have been destiny, that I met him there, where I actually just wanted to drive through.

I'm on the farm since two months now and I have to leave in one month andI can't imagine going and living without this little sunshine, who made my life so much better already and made me laugh so many times. That would break my heart and I think his little heart as well.

Unfortunately it is really expensive to take him overseas. I got a quote to take him from Perth to Frankfurt, which is 3500 AUD (2320 €). This would include Marley's crate rental, vet checks, export health certificate, customs / export fees and air freight fees.

All funds raised will go towards this.

I also have to pay another 360 € (540 AUD) customs / import fees and vet check after his flight, before he enters Germany. I already saved the money for this and I save as much as I can, but it's really hard to manage saving all the money for the flight in this short time.

Please help get my little boy home with me. We really appreciate all your support.
