Please help me to find money to compete my University

I am a Medical student from Romaniya university. I am frim a poor family. We was so unlucky to save my father because we didn't had enough money to do his operation at that time. When My father passed away 7 years ago I had a dream of entering to a medical facility to help the people to save life that I couldn't do for my father. Lucky I got selected to a medical facility in Romania by giving a hope to my dream of saving and helping people who is suffering. Then last year unexpectedly my life got changed again after hearing that my mother got in to a car accident. After my father left me my mother was the one help me to do everything for me. She was doing all for me by working in another country as a House cleaning job. She is also in bad condition lately that she is not able to work anymore. When all these happened I was planning to give up on my dream of becoming a doctor and I wanted to go to a job. But I realized I am already in my 4th year in medical facility and just 2 more years to complete my studies to be a Doctor. So I was wondering if it's good if I can really continue to my dream of becoming a doctor in future to save as many as the people I can even I couldn't save my parents. And fullfil my parents wish too. But I don't have money to pay for the university as it cost 5000 Euros per year. Next month on 7th June is the last day for payment in my University for this semester, and I need to pay 3000 Euros by that day for me to sit in exams. And I am living by my own in Romania and it's even so hard to find my daily living, because they stop my part-time jobs too due to the global condition.
