Please help me to be a android app developer

This is HASAN From Bangladesh. I am a student SCE (Computer Science Engineering) of American International University-Bangladesh (AIUB). AIUB is a private university. There need 1000000 BDT (12500 USD) for finish the BSC degree.

We have 3 brother and 1 sister and my parents in our family. But my father is only person who earn for our family. And he is a little service holder. His salary is very poor for our family. But in this time I run your own cost. I do three part-time home tuition for my varsity tuition fee.

No go to the main point. I read in CSE from last year, but till now I have no computer or laptop. I want to be an Android developer. But without an own computer it is impossible. But I try my best to be an android app developer. When a computer lab class is free, then this time I use this labs computer to fulfill my dreams. But it is really very difficult to concentration a job.
