Please Help Me See My Brother!

Hey, I'm Chloe! A soon to be 20 year old who hasn't seen her brother in almost a year! My brother lives in London and I live on the west coast of Canada, this makes family time fairly difficult. I haven't spent more than four hours with him in four years.. For my 20th Birthday I would love to be able to change that,that's why I need your help!  I've been working full time for over a year but when I kicked my abusive ex fiance out he left me with unpaid bills he had spent the money on his car he said he was using to pay them! Things have been very tight this year but I have managed to save a bit to try and make this dream a reality but it isn't enough. I am asking you to please help me see my big brother Andrew and have the best 20th Birthday!
