Please Help Me Save my Mother's Life : Funds for her open – heart surgery

I lost my father two years ago and my mother is all I have. She is very kind, loving and a caring mother. She always put a smile on her face. I really like it when she greets everyone a happy morning in our neighborhood. She is always there for me. She taught me how to be strong on uncertain things happened along the way. I know she sacrificed a lot for our family and I really appreciate everything she has done for us.

She is a strong woman until one day, on April 16, 2018 she was diagnosed of a very serious heart disease. The doctor told me that my mother's condition is very dangerous and need an open-heart surgery as soon as possible.

I am writing to ask for your kind help to save my mother's life. Her name is Teodora Bolivar, 63 years old. She was diagnosed of having a Valvular Heart Disease at Medical City Iloilo. Her condition is called Aortic Stenosis. Our economic condition is poor and I cannot afford for her operation. The doctor said that she needs roughly Php 1.3M ($25000) for her open- heart surgery.

As a loving daughter to her mother, may I knock to your beautiful heart and ask for financial support for my mother's medical operation.
