Please Help Me Save My Family

My cat is very sick. He's hungry but unable to eat. We need to run many tests and procedures and I can barely pay for vet consultations, let alone the tests. I love him with my heart and soul. I've had him for ten years. He's suffering and I can barely help him. My heart is broken already. He's always kept me company and he's the sweetest most loving cat I've ever seen. He's my family to me. He's what I love most in the whole world. I really don't have the money to save him if it turns out to be cancer, I will have to put him to sleep. Please help me save him. Help me get the tests done so that he stops suffering. Please help me get him treatment. I'm desperate.

A bit about me: my mother passed when I was 2 years old and I grew up with an emotionally unavailable father. I tend to be alone most of the time, that's why my cat is my world to me. This is my first and only cat and I will do anything for him. I already work 9hs a day to pay rent but I barely get by. I don't have any savings and I'm already in debt. I can't do this without your help.
