Please help me restart my life

Hello all,

I have opened account on this site to plea for some help. 

A few years ago, I made a mistake trusting a girlfriend who asked me to open various credit accounts to help pay off her debts. Since we had been together a few years, I trusted her and wanted to help so I did. After I paid off her debts, life was normal for a few months until I found out she had been cheating on me and my world collapsed.

Since then, life has been a struggle and the debts have mounted up. All a result of my stupidity in trusting this girl. I have debt collectors chasing me and I tried to commit suicide last year as a result. I have also tried using services like Payplan and considered bankruptcy but that will make my life worse. 

I work full time and have now took on a second job as well. I've decided to try and turn my life around. I want to try and get these debts paid off and I'm working 13 hour shifts to make this happen. I am asking for your help with this. I have made arrangements to settle all debts at £1500. Anything you can help towards this would be so much appreciated.
