Please help me raise money for my oral surgery

It has been a couple years of medical issues, which have put a lot of strain on me financially. On top of my full-time job, I started to work a part-time job as well to make sure I can do more for my bills. However, I just found that my root canal has failed, and now it actually has fallen out, so the inside of tooth is exposed. It's one of my middle teeth that I'm unable to go without.

I'm very stressed because I need to even have a bone graft. I'm looking into medical colleges to have it done, but no one has got back to me yet. The only estimate I got so far is almost $5000 and that isn't including the actual crown. It won't be covered by my insurance.

I'm a very proud person, so it's difficult for me to do this. I always thought with hard work I should be able to do anything by myself. I've been working everyday for several months now, but this isn't going to be enough anymore. I know I can't go it alone anymore. Any donation would be great. Please also give me any advice if you can.

If I'm able to get this done for cheaper at a medical college -it'll probably be $3000 including the crown. I'll donate any unused funds to other charities. I'm really hoping either Marquette University or The Medical College of Wisconsin will be accepting new patients.
