Campaign Story
I've been accepted to attend the Global Goals Model United Nations conference in January 2019 held in Malaysia, Kuala Lumpur. The GGMUN conference aims to provide a platform for young future diplomats to encourage themselves in understanding global matters and its policies, debate and share perspectives between delegates from different backgrounds and ethnicity.
It's a great opportunity that I do not want to miss. I say it's a great opportunity because of the path I would like to take in the future as far as my career interest and passion is concerned. My aim has always been to make the world a better place, more especially in communities around me. I would like to be part of an initiative that is going to pave the way on a global setting and help realise the change that I would like to see in the world, one day at a time. This experience would not only benefit me as an individual but it would be beneficial for my country and the world at large. Attending the GGMUN conference will not only galvanise our diplomacy and leadership skills but it lay a global platform to communicate innovative ideas as youth of our countries and of theworld. So, as a result, a product of young, well informed, vibrant future leaders with fresh and innovative ideas would be a great asset, not only to our countries but to the world on a global level.
I humbly request for financial assistance to cover all the necessary costs (flights and accomodation) to ensure that I attend the GGMUN conference. Any sort of assistance would be highly appreciated. Thank you in advance.
