Please help me pay my tuition fees

I'm a desperate Vietnamese student. I study in a university located in my country. This semester, I need 350$ for my tuition fees, and the deadline is September 7th. My family had supported me as far as they can and I cant even get a part-time job in to make enough that amount of money in such a short period of time. My school schedule is so tight that I cant get a full-time job. Please help me I don't want to be kick out of university.

Now I am sitting in my dorm room with 6000 VND (almost 0,25 dollar) in my pocket. I'm totally screwed.
