Never thought I would get so desperate, however you never can tell…
3 days ago a terrible accident happened to my beloved dog Libby, 5 years old Belgian Shepherd. I had to go out for a while when it happened. Libby and I live on the 4th floor and we have some stray cats climbing to our balcony.
Normally Libby never chases them but this time something went wrong. Provoked by the cat, Libby jumped over balcony rail, and fell heavily, 4 floors down on the pavement… Fortunately, she has survived without major fractures, but her internal organs (lungs, liver, and urine bladder) sustained serious injury, with internal bleeding, collapsed lung, and excruciating pain. She is in "Tong Lo pet hospital", which is highly professional but quite costly. We tried to transfer her to a more reasonably priced clinic, however being hooked up to two infusions simultaneously and being placed in the plastic chamber (with oxygen supply), she is just not carriageable.
I helped dozens of dogs/cats in my lifetime but now I am struggling to pay the bill to that clinic for my own pet. Needless to say, it is quite a challenge since my salary is not something to write home about. So far it’s THB 45.000 ($1.365) and counting…I guess it will exceed 100.000 THB ($3,300) since some medicines are very expensive (morphine to name a few).
In such circumstances, I am compelled to reach out to you, good and kind-hearted people, to share whatever amount you can to help me and Libby out. Any amount, even a modicum, will come in handy.
Your donations will be really appreciated.
Thank you for your time and consideration.
Below are the receipts for 44,857 THB ($1360 approx) but the outstanding bill has exceeded 54,857 THB ($1660), the bill keeps growing everyday .... and I'm helpless
